2026 Berths Now Available
With mooring available for up to 40 small crafts of up to 7m in length. We have spaces available providing year round mooring.
Rental Runs 1st Jan - 31st December on an annual flat rate basis - £650

All Berth holders must hold minimum requirement £1m Third Party Liability on their vessels.

Access via the water is limited due to an arched bridge situated on Eastwood Road that stands at the entry of the pontoon waterway.
This has a low arch, over a tidal river and as a result restricts the size of craft that can be held within these pontoons.
Therefore Waters Edge pontoons are only suited to small crafts with shallow drafts and no masts ie. small motor boats, RIBS etc NO KEELS. We can only accept boats that meet the dimensions required Max 7m Length - 1.5m Air draft
Please note:The Max Air Draft recommended is 1.5m on a mid tide - However boat owners must use their Discretion and PB is not responsible for errors of judgement whilst navigating the tides.
Pedestrian Access
Pedestrian access is provided via a Key code metal gate leading down on to the pontoons slipway. There are no facilities available for launching or recovering vessels at the pontoons. This is possible at local slipways such as RCYC or Ponsharden, or Falmouth Haven slipway.
Vehicle Parking
There is no parking available at the Pontoons. Access is via the water or on foot.
There is a Council car park at Exchequer Quay Car Park, Penryn, TR10 8FG - the nearest public toilet facilities are here also.
